Cady worked as a waitress at Hooters prior to moving to Atlanta, Georgia. Cantrell was the Playmate of the Month in the April, 1992 issue of "Playboy". Cady was featured in several "Playboy" videos and posed for a bunch of "Playboy" newsstand special editions.

Actress now lives in Macon, Georgia.
